After days of negotiation we recently agreed to a 1000 tick NAP.

Normally I wouldn't be one to post information such as this publicly, but with how far both of us are ahead of the rest of the pack as well as my skepticism towards many of their members I felt it was proper to post this out in the open.

I can verify the validity of the NAP for the XI side of things. Play on soldiers!

As of late a XI member has been accusing me of cutting him off of conquers and cyrstals so I wanted to post this image to show that I am doing no such thing. In this image you will see that I am going for a conquer with a crystal, I have no scan or radar in the area making it impossible to see if anyone else is attacking him at the same time.

The night before (12 ticks before this attack) I did 5 tick scan and saw that no one was in the area.

All it clears up is the fact that you're not smart enough to take a look at what you're attacking before you attack it. Just means you'll be all the more easy to take down. Shore up your defenses, chief, because tick 1000 is just around the corner.

Blarg your just mad that I sent my attack 3 ticks away then you supposed 4 ticks. As far as I can tell this guy is not in any of our exclusion zones and is free for anyone to take. Just because I get there before you doesn’t make me evil or devious just means I planned it out better then you and organized faster. I guess this is good news for me though because while you are trying to figure out what is going on my flag will be already flying in your colony.

Heck I even tried to be civil with you but when I bring undisputed evidence you still try and pick a fight. Good luck! It’s going to be easy when your hot temper gets in your way.

And in response to your comment, why would I wast 20 energy to scan over a colony that doenst have any alliance members to reinforce him?

All I will contribute is that we have a simple agreement between our 2 alliances, and this act by no means breaches any of the agreement. Carry on.

i don't think that anyone claimed that it should have any affect on the agreement. i'm not even sure why it is here... this is between 2 players, nothing to do with the alliances.

It was brought up because Blarg freaked out, threatened my member and cursed at him.

The swearing does clear up why he is banned.
