Just a basic scenario here:

Let's say you launch same tick as your nuke is landing plus there's also enemies on destination for your squads and nuke. Will you also receive the effects of the nuke?

Since I heard from an alliance member that you don't so I'm just confirming

If you or enemy squads land as the same tick as any nuke your units will not be harmed..

What he said. Only squads affected are those leaving eta 1 and those on the outpost

if your squad is one tick away when the nuke lands it wont be affected, and you might want to check out the wiki, it helps a lot.
