If you are ever going to be sharing an IP with another player than you should always always always contact the admin beforehand. Prevention is better than a cure.

I had a freind get banned becuase of his neighbour playing used to give him tokens all the time (big booster) and then a couple of time going over to eachothers place to play, and the admin banned xD

Its not hard, and please dont send the admins a novel of why your on same ip. They dont have the time for it really, so if you keep the message short but with the facts then you wont have to worry a bit, just make sure you do it each time.. even if you bother the admin, you want to make sure you dont get banned!

Just say something freindly like:

Hey(Admin Name), Im over at my(whatever your relationship is with that person) and just want to make sure you know I am not multi accounting. (Add both of your player names or coords) Just making sure you know
Thx,
(your name here)

PS:(Compliment the admin here lol)

Simple as that, and you might save yourself...

Hey guys.I got banned once.Do not cheat.The game is fun.Dont take it seriously.Its just a game.Your troops get killed.Its ok.Build another.Everytime I see new people trying to cheat,I feel sad because they think the game is about cheating and to be the number #1.But its a game to have fun.Try harder and a dream may come true.

Why do so many top players get away with account sharing or farming or multi accounts?

In my year of playing Battledawn, I have heard from at least a 1/2 players that share accounts within their alliances, create farm colonies, or create multi accounts as a way to spy and spam enemies.

Why do so many people get away with this without being banned? I know a lot of people complain about boosters, but cheaters are worse. And it seems like more and more people are getting away with it.

I mean I know you report it to the admin and they investigate. But maybe there are so many reports that they can't investigate them all. And sometimes by the time the admin investigates its too late anyway, the damage is done.

If you ever feel that somebody is cheating, please report it to an admin ingame. You can also feel free to contact any moderators with through the forum or MSN/Skype.

Yeah, I report to Admin. Sometimes they can't prove it even though afterwards people tell me what they did. They say they change their IP addresses?

Anyway, my team has been the winner more than once, but its just frustrating.

Like right now on M3. I've reported to Admin as soon as we saw it happen. Yesterday 6 colonies were created around the number 1 player (who is on our team - VuLC). They created the SUN alliance. Each colony created about 60 arm inf. Sent them to one colony. Then attacked with 360 infantry. The guy survived through some team work and boosting after relocating. Then today, another 6 colonies were created right next to him again. They created the TAKE alliance and are doing exactly the same thing. Admin just hasn't been in today to investigate and by the time he gets there, it will probably have already cost us. We will win, but just makes the game not worth playing because you have to deal with underhanded tactics like this. And the SUN alliance wasn't banned even though we reported them for possible multi. So I am doubtful that these guys will be caught either.

Well, its just that difficult to discern multis from real players who come in organized just to bug this certain person. Funny guys do their best to make it look like multying. Really frustrating, but thats how things sometimes are

This could be fixed by reducing servers. Putting more real players together makes it more competitive and gives the admins more time per server.

Do we really need all that we have? I don't think so.
