We are from what i understand the only alliances in war with GS
I also understand that ICE only decides to attack a major alliance when GS goes to war with that alliance in what my guess is to maybe get a relic

Well Ice did try to take a gate in north-eastern America, they sent about 200 troops there in total before their gate was jammed, nuked and lost their troops, no doubt an attempt to take advantage of this war.
