Might consider doing it again, wonder how many people would participate. If we really get down to it I might screw reviewing for exams and make sigs.

The thing is there are a very small number of people on these forums who are interested in creating sigs. And even less people who are good at it. Most just take backgrounds, edit it slightly and stick text on it.
Think of how many more weeks there will be. Far more than the amount of possible participants.

the SotW is not a place to compete who has better photoshopping skills diaz. I've won it using Paints and some helps from a simple online gif maker and won against an awesome gif using simple photoshop layers and text.

That's my point.
At the end of the day, you can't really hold weekly contests for the same 3-5 people. Well you can, but it would look pretty stupid.
