Where can I make a official complain about the gameplay on F3?

I am a paying customer, but not for long if things keep running like it does right now.

I am the community manager of battle dawn and supermechs. Feel free to contact me at anytime here with PM, at [email protected] or even on Skype (ilona25.03) whenever you feel that it isn't something you can solve on your own and you'd need my help.
When its about gameplay in general, personal issues regarding players, or about diplomacy with other players, the forum is a great place to ask for help 8-)
Also your world admin will be happy to help you!

I added you on Skype, and it seems like my world admin doesn't want to do anything about it. Hope you can do something about it as I am a paying customer. And if there won't be any changes im done.
