My friend TankTamer145 cannot get to the Screen where you choose Earth, Mars or Fantasy. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with his computer.

If anyone out there had/has this issue say so here and let me know how to fix this.

First, try clearing your cache and cookies, then updating your Flash Player. Topics explaining how can be found sticked in the Help Desk.

If the problem is that everything fades out except 'Loading...' connect up some speakers or headphones, test your sound, then restart the PC.

If the problem persists please be more specific about what exactly is wrong, providing screenshots if possible.
