Greetings!

I have made two attempts at purchasing tokens through Onebip, both of which failed, as the "waiting for confirmation" box that appears after one sends the confirmation-sms refused to load. I have six messages from admin for tokens purchase now, all with different tracking IDs, and honestly have no idea what's going on. I called the swedish support number for Onebip. Three times. First 2 times, someone simply hung up. Third time, the lady says in heavy Russian accent that she only speaks english. So I speak to her in english, and get no help whatsoever. She simply tells me to wait 48 hours and email them if there is still a problem after that.

I would seriously recommend that someone at BattleDawn have a chat with someone at Onebip, as I suspect they are costing you quite a bit in loss of revenue. Considering the dismal service offered by Onebip, I would go as far as to recommend switching to another service provider. Boku is just one alternative I can think of, I have used their service lots of times with no problems whatsoever, but there are tons of other similar services out there...

I've also been having problems with onebip recently. I try to purchase tokens, but it says that my phone number or carrier is not supported. I know that has nothing to do with Battledawn, but onebip is still pissing me off.

I would feel better if an admin could perhaps take a look at this?

Ill shoot them a message, and refer them to this thread. Please keep trying their customer service.

Thanks for your patience. I dont like seeing such difficulties for our supporters.

I have been trying their customer support for 2 days now, and I keep getting the "all of our representatives are busy, please leave a number and we'll call you back." Not even an option to stay on the line. And they don't call. Like a college kid after a one night stand. They don't call.

Ok thanks for your efforts.

However, today I received another 6 messages from admin saying that token purchases had been submitted. Frankly, this is creeping me out. Can someone make sure I'm not going to get billed or anything? Especially since I'm getting six messages for two attempted purchases from last week, that never went through. Would be much appreciated...
