why is this forum so dead ?

this looks like on of the toughest rounds ive seen fear and sold face in awhile , yet no talk on forums about the happenings and goings ??

fear has been bumped down a lot down to 5th now , knaw back to 2nd oilf down to 4th and law jumped to 3rd

and i have no idea how all this has happened since no one talks about it at all !!

i know half the server is at war but still no chatter ! come on guys get to the forums !!

My alliance is helping out KOD, almost everybody else with relics are hostile.

A short wrap up of the situation is:

FEAR + helpers (SHEP, KOD, etc) beat NWL, who ran to Knaw. Then Knaw intervened and both Knaw and FEAR lost a ton of units in a big battle. Meanwhile, SHEP attacked OilF in South America and removed their OPs from there. Then OilF moved eastward in Antarctica, apparently battling FEAR. FEAR killed a large part of their armies in a huge battle (which is the bump you saw on highscore). Now SHEP and DiP are going for OilF, who are fleeing to Knaw as well. NWL has moved back to original position. SoLD has so far not been involved, instead devastating NWPY in Northern Africa.

hmm sounds like a fun round , so xeeron how long till sold has to run in and save fears butt in turn for fear slaving and giving sold everything they want?

Who exactly would FEAR need "saving" from? Knaw is busy with KOD, OilF got their fingers rapped badly by FEAR and now need to run away from DIP&SHEP. I wonder if OilF will move back to Africa soon to make room for the next ally to hide under Knaw's wings

Kind of right... but knaW didn't intervene on behalf on NWL, they relocated near us without asking but this in turn allowed us to move up into Greenland which we previously couldn't do due to the terms of our NAP with NWL. When FEAR, KOD and SHEP (& subs) attacked NWL in Greenland there was a lot of chatter on the broadcasts (mainly from the subs) about knaW being next in line and many ops from the subs started appearing around Scandinavia so we had to secure Greenland and push them out of North America before they had a chance to push down towards Scandinavia. This is why the clash happened between knaW and FEAR in North America. knaW now has North America under control, have cleared MEX border and moved in on KOD hive. Some of KOD have already run to Antarctica, I guess the rest will follow shortly.

Now we seem to have Dip, LAW & subs moving towards Scandinavia for their own separate agendas with OILF and TE which we may get caught up in being as it's in our back yard! Award for most pointless war of the round may well go to LAW who are upset over a gate and radar that got taken by TE for being too close

So this round could well shape up to be knaW vs the world, though so far we have managed so far to keep amicable relations with with S0LD.

If it turns out bad for us I expect the rest of the round will be quite boring with most of the top alliances being allied and quickly crushing any competition, really it would be good if more alliances were willing to at least try and topple FEAR and S0LD's reign on this server but I guess they just haven't got the balls for it

Really like your quote and the last paharagraph. Ithink Knaw is a good aliance and can be a good oposition maybe best than GRR buth they are honorable and maintain their word. Oilf have played like noobs parking their units in enemy territory getting nuked several times and losing tons of units, now thay are on their move to knaw to be safe. Let se what happens in the next 800 ticks will be fun.

Tick 1400:

Knaw now appears to be running from the "MEX border" they once claimed to have cleared. Meanwhile OiLF has cleared out of South Africa leaving their subs at the mercy of DiP.

NWL has rounded up enough top 500 players to somehow creep back to top 10 status and SoLD is dismantling some small time alliance wsomewhere in the eastern hemisphere

And FEAR is still kicking butt.. soooo .. ya.. nothing changed on our end :p
