Sear is quite a spunky alliance. they attacked me with a combined force of 100 units to bad all of em died. 14 of my troops died though moment of silence for them

You really can't call out who is good unless its skilled Vets you know of for sure... Wait til around tick 700... if your not there yet... Thats usually when big wars start to happen and the skill will survive...and yes sometime fall...But You will never ever be able to tell...THis I can say from playing for 4 years.

the only problem are people who boost until they have over 70 power and its not even tick 100 yet

Thats part of the game...I do it without supporting but thats just how I play...I feel more accomplishment out of it rather than spending...But you have those guys that do... Trust me Teamwork beats Donators hands down...Its all about strategy...Place right, attack at the right moments, confuse, etc....
