Meanwhile the kits should also be fixed since a level 30 kit can give +10-12 and a level 17 can give +16

yes the starting turn needs to be fixed. its very easy to exploit. for example. when people level their weapons and make their mech lvl 31/32, all I have to do is play some random energy/heat mech that I paid 60K worth of SM for that has no weapon upgrades and I can beat peoples fully upgraded legendary mech pretty easily. its basically all about who gets to go first. when the first turn works out right I have to really pay attention to my build vs. theirs and pay very close attention to the battle.
