Why no clan rewards I'm with rogue we came third clan got medal but why no medals for players?-please give us our medals

Yes and HTK gets first place for the first time since I joined but I dont get meh gold medal. Also didn't get the power kits. :/

I have sent an email to the technical support. 2 days later I receive the usual answer "we are working on it".
The truth is that it seems a joke in bad taste, that every time we raise a problem we receive this phrase as an answer.
We are playing only "for love of the shirt", but I guess it does not matter too much, because as it goes this week, the clans will remain in 2nd. and 3rd. are 2 ghost clans who have not played any battle. If there are rewards and medals, these will be lost in this way.
Messrs. of Supermechs ... please: RESPECT CUSTOMERS! FOR VERY BORED WE RESULT TO YOU, WE ARE US AND NOT YOU THOSE WHO MAINTAIN THIS GAME. (I worked in a very exclusive club and a co-worker said "this club is beautiful, shame that has partners!").
