Here is the reason why NASA could never take our relic:

MOB, better be careful, Chuck Norris is on that relic, and he is not happy =P

(for all those interested in how this works: This is a picture from our relic, which MOB took with their HAVOC squads. They did fire nukes first. "Chuck Norris" was a 1 inf squad on the relic, which was reduced to 0 by a nuke. Those squads still display even after the enemy took the relic)
