That's because he rarely appears on sm forum. This also could happen to me as well.
I didn't hear from him until one of the other admins(I don't remember if it was Ilona or Liran, but one of them) spoke of him while chatting on skype. And at that time, I was playing sm for several months already :P

Michael, like basically all of our non-ingame admin staff works more in the backend of the company, rather than here on the forum.
