- Activity (Available most of the day and availability during emergency is essential.)

- Easy Going (Our new member must be easy to get to know and must make friends quickly)

- Available at tick 2 (You must have free time to come on at tick to take lumber mills gold mines and conquers.)

- Willing To participate (Must take part in the making of our google documents and help to make the alliance better)
