500 years ago, the Kashira were a powerful race which controled a large portion of the universe.  Conquering and expanding their empire constantly.  They created large carrier like ships which we today call relics to traverse vast galaxies in their quest for ultimate domination. In an attempt to conquer their only true rival the Thulians they sent a massive fleet to their home planet of Juleth and unexpectedly lost 1/2 of their fleet to a powerful uncharted worm-hole. While the Kashira still managed to destroy the Thulian fleet and conquer Juleth, they only had enough resources to keep reign of their own space. The Kashirian Leaders enlisted groups of elite Generals to find these carriers at all cost in order to continue with thier plans of conquest.

Private: General! We have been out in space, for YEARS on end, why do we not give up? Is this really worth it???

General: Son, 500 years ago the Kashira were a peaceful race... A thriving, happy species,
Untill, hundreds of planned attacks by the greatest strategic General the Universe had seen,
General Kashira the First, were unleashed upon the invading forces' "Moving Bases" which could move across
the largest and harshest terrains known to life, whilst being impenetrable to heavy fire and having it's own
anti-nuclear weapon system, incase a species tried to take control of one of these...

HOWEVER, General Kashira didn't need any nuclear weapons, he used sheer skill, and only the elite of all of his
squadrons, to possess one of these "Moving Bases". After this, he used them to expand his riegn, sending squadrons far
and wide, accross the universe. He named them "Relics", as they were a symbol of safety and power.

After he had vanquished his foes, he strove on to fine-tuning engineers to produce more of these "Relics",
and eventually succedeed. And thus, was our legendary race born, and now the time has come for us to regain our glory!

Kashira Communications Officer: Captain! Captain! We recieved a  faint reading coming from a small planet

Captain of 70th Kashira Fleet: We seem to somehow have this charted on our maps, from the first fleets to have left our home.

Tannoy: ATTENTION All Fleet Vessels set course to the 3rd planet from that star!

May..y! Mayday! We are... attack! ...taking ...casualties! ...reinforcements!..........

Lt: Sir!  We recieved a distress call from Delta base but it appears to have been jammed.

General Montalvo:  See what you can do to clean it up ASAP.  And see if you can get Epsilon base to assist Delta base.

Lt: Sir!  Epsilon base isnt responding!  As a matter of fact none of the surrounding bases are responding to our hails.

General Montalvo:  Get the President on the phone.

Lt:  Sir!  The President on line 1.

General Montalvo:  Mr. President we have a situation.  We lost contact with most of our bases and are under attack by an unknown force. 

The President:  Yes I am aware of this dilemma.  The rest of the world is also under attack.  We believe it to be an alien race.  Defend Alpha Command and await further instructions.

General Montalvo: Yes Mr. President!

Lt:  General!  There is message broadcasting on all frequencies.  You better listen to this!

General Montalvo:  Put it on!
