thats the problem, under biblical law, abortions are wrong, even if they are in the fallopian tubes of a woman which would result in her death, even if she was raped and going through the trauma of carrying the rape child would lead to depression probably killing herself, even if mutations mean that to bring the baby in the world is nothing short of torture.

Abortion in the first term should be legal and only legal in the second term if the woman was raped OR if they baby will have severe problems like being mentally disabled or some syndrome or disease that is serious.

so if a girl come in and say she were raped she can hava a abortion, yeah, that will really help, guess there will be alot of raped girls out there..

then she must testify.

if the woman is willing to lie and send an innocent man to jail (boyfriend, random stranger fling) then well the justice system is screwed. if she lies, she can be charged for something something.
