End of July I will have one week where I am not sure of my activity as I will be in New York.

I MIGHT have cell problems as I am switching provider... Never did it before, don't know what will happen. But I do have a home phone and I should be home a lot as college is coming to an end. Worst case I will still be skypeable as I use a smartphone.
