I am mostly an Infantry builder. It takes time to upgrade an infantry unit so i just wanted to know if heavy units upgrade quicker (in general)

infantry require the least amount of exp to level up and tanks require the most.

so for example inf my require 100 exp when tanks require 300 exp.

to balance this out it is likely that an inf army would have to divide up the exp gained in to 3 times more than the tank army.

Therefore the amount of exp gained is at an equal growth however i personally find it easier to get tanks to higher levels as they are less likely to die

feel free to post back if you need any more help

Ok thank you very much. One more thing is that i dont know if i should use infantry or heavies. Infantry have no weaknesses but tanks do. So what would be beter?

I preder inf, just because they're faster to make, but tanks are good as well. Inf requires lower levels of XP, but tanks get them faster, I think because of how strong. If you're boosting early round, go tanks. If not, I'd say inf just based on the fact that it can replace armor ALOT faster than tanks.

Let me know if you've got any other questions about builds or anything else!

Technically tanks do gain xp faster than infantry.

One tank is 3 soldiers, so it is equal to 3 infantry units. However, 1 infantry unit needs 30 exp to level up whereas a tank needs 70 exp. So whereas 3 infantry need 90 exp, the tank equivalent needs only 70 exp. Therefore tanks do indeed gain experience faster, in a way :)

In case you're wondering, vehicles need 50 exp to level up :)

there are a lot more advantages for tanks to gain more xp, first is they worth 3 soldiers in a units... in other word, although 1 tank equal to 3 inf, but if u put 3 inf vs 1 tank, the tank will win due to some inf died in first round, making the 2nd round's damage is lowered, while the tank keep their damage for both round. This bring tanks a slight chance of survival to gain xp.

not to mention that explosive units died first, which means damage to tanks will be lowered a lot compared to damage to veh or inf. This lower the casualties, and high level units will less likely to die.
