Then why aren't they commonly referred too? They aren't normal in everyday life. Its possible to prove things that you cant see are real with much ease. If ghosts were real there would already be undeniable evidence of their existence. Show me 50+ semi-reliable sources and that doesn't do much for me

god has more proofs than ghost, yet there are a large group of ppl not believing in god...

I believe in the paranormal, and their is a lot of evidence that proves ghost exist, but I respect everyone's opinion.

I used to believe in ghosts when I was younger, but not any more.

Several problems I have with them:

Ghost-transparency is impossible.
If a ghost was transparent, then you wouldn't just see their front, and then the wall behind them, you'd see their front, their back and all their insides as well. Transparent people are just an optical illusion used in the movies, and I believe this invalidates any transparent-ghost sightings.

Ghosts of people don't act like people.
If they did, ghosts of murder victims would seek to get justice for their deaths, dead parents would stay with their children, attention seekers would be haunting TV studios to get on TV, etc.

Sighting to proof ratio
Thousands, if not millions of people claim to have seen ghosts, and yet not one of them has been able to prove it. Even in our age of phone cameras, and CCTV.

Patterns to sightings
A large number of sightings have similar characteristics, such as being reported by young children, in or around the bedroom, and/or around bedtime, indicating that many sightings may be waking dreams, or normal dreams (the young in particular can sometimes have trouble distinguishing realistic dreams from reality). Sightings also often occur after a 'significant' change (e.g. family member dying, staying in a strange place), and it's also very rare for more than one person to see the same thing.
