I appreciate the logic but this would make jumping legs overpowered, if you were to make them more expensive or give them less stomping power, I guess I'd be fine with it, so I voted tweak.

A DFA is simply an arial charge, .not a stomp. if anything the damage would be slightly more than a charge, like 125%-150% charge damage.
