I understand that it may not be that high of a priority, but I think that it would improve the gaming experience for beginning players, which, in turn are more likely to hang around. And more players online makes the game better for everyone.
If the rewards are lower, it may make high ranked players think twice about using a kit, but is that a bad thing? They would be forced to decide whether their ranking is more important than a bit of cash.
I'm not sure how this could lead to abuse. I'm not suggesting the money from losing fights should ever be more lucrative than winning. And you only get paid to loose if you stick around to the end.
I don't want higher ranked players to regret using kits....However, I want lower level players to get more sm from battles if they vs a higher ranked opponent.
Maybe if an ELO system is used, Make it so players don't actually start to gain ELO until they reach level 25 ( so 25 and lower will be unkrank players). So, if someone who has ELO vs a player with no rank at all, they wont gain any ELO. Which in turn means no bonus credits based on the ELO for either player.
