I'm not saying that you can't or shouldn't be able to get your HP at any level. What I'm saying is that I think HP should definitely be taken into consideration when determining matchmaking levels.

Why? Someone may have low hp and high resistance or high damage or maybe they just plan to use a med kit. Either way it all falls on how you decide to build your mech. This game is thinking about the kind of opponents you may face and countering them. Hp should not factor in nor should anything else besides level. At the same level you have the ability to make your mech just like theirs and that is fair. Just because someone builds their mech poorly does not mean we should implement a new matchmaking system.
